Edit: they were my go to plumber but since they were acquired by another company the service has changed. It takes multiple texts and follow ups to get an appointment scheduled. They’re always late and don’t give notice, sometimes they don’t show up. There’s also issues with communication, I spent weeks setting up an appointment because I was told I would need “lines flushed” by the person I was texting with and then had to spend weeks trying to get on the schedule. Then, the person that’s going out to see my place tells my that he already flushed the lines a month ago and that wasn’t the issue. Great first response, but that's where promptness stopped...didn't keep appointments or advised they wouldn't be able to make it, until I reached out to them days later...expensive service.
Had a clog in a bathroom and after 2 other plumbing companies suggested really expensive things to try I called On Time...spoke to Adrian who was real clear and wanted to start from the beginning...was over within an hour and was able to unclog the bathroom, then went on and put the camera in the pipe and showed me how it looked throughout, really detailed and straightforward, would recommend!
