My mom was brought here a couple of times already and the latest was for 5 days back in May (around 3rd week of May). She was given a very warm welcome and proper care from all the staff members including the nurses on this list: Giong, Zhuyan, Stephanie, Alva, Arleen, Claire, Karen, Jihong. Special mention to the director of the 3rd floor west wing: Pinky with Zyliza who both made sure my mom was provided with the right information, care and service. Thank you on behalf of my mom and our whole family. Keep up the great work!

Why do I say it's too bad? Because I have a relative who is being treated in this hospital. At the moment when he is about to pass away, he always wants to see his 14-year-old daughter and hug his daughter again, but the hospital staff stopped the little girl and refused. He stopped and asked the little girl to take out her ID. She was just a child. No matter how sad she was at that time, she was not allowed to go in to see her father. This is the worst hospital. I been with 4 hours and still have me to wait and not even have people in front of me. I'm highly do not recommend this place. I vote for this the worst hospital.
