We took my daughters jacket in to get cleaned and we came back two days later to pick up and she said since the hood zips off it's considered two separate charges. So she didn't even
Clean the jacket. We came back two days later again and paid twice and the jacket was still dirty on the cuffs. Don't come here this place is horrible customer service and horrible cleaner.
