I am so frustrated with their service. My parents asked them to do direct deposit into the bank account, and they can't even do something as simple as that! If you don't even know the difference between a bank account number and the different routing numbers, then you shouldn't be helping others file taxes!! My parents called them to ask about their taxes, and the lady didn't even apologize and straight up said they can't assist us. As a result of their error, everything has been prolonged. I definitely DO NOT recommend filing your taxes here.

I paid $65 for the services and it only spend them around 20 mins to do my filing. 2 weeks later, i realized I didn't submit IRA information, ask if they can adjust the filing, they said they are so busy and don't have time to help me with that. What do you think?
