Great place for a massage. I’ve been going for almost 10 years

I purchased two massage sessions for my mom and I through Groupon at $53 per massage. I had called 1 week before to set up an appointment. Upon arrival the lady in the front took us to the back in a room with double massage bed for my mom and I. We were all settled in when the lady comes in and has someone else on her phone wanting to clarify if we had called for an appointment. They seemed like they were understaffed and were trying to figure out who was going to give us the massage. Finally a lady technician came in for me and my mom got the lady that was in the front desk. My massage was good except fir the fact that she did not massage my feet. My moms massage was not good and felt rushed and she left the room for about 7 min to go charge another lady that was ready to leave! It gets worse! Once we finished the massage and cane out of the room there were 3 ladies waiting like hawks to demand the tip! My mom was dissatisfied with the massage but was still going ti tip her $11 which is a little more than 20%. However the lady insisted that it has to be at least $15. Then i asked her for change for a $20 for my massage but she kept it and inly gave me $1 back. She demanded that we owed her $30 tip for both. I was happy with my massage and i was considering tipping more but after this incident i did not. I felt like they were just money hungry and the fact that they were arguing in their language in front of other clients was very unprofessional. And turned out to be stressful. We will never return again and DO not recommend this place to anyone.

Great message overall! However some of the other reviews are accurate - it’s definitely not the most private massage experience and the staff can be rude.
For starters I paid for a 60 minute foot massage and ended up getting more of a full body massage instead (which wasn’t bad, but I wanted my feet to be serviced more)
However, the bad experience/rudeness came when I gave the masseuse a pretty reasonable tip (around 20% of what I paid) and she practically chased after me to demand more money. And then the guy at the front desk asked me to tip more by using my card and when I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing that, he told me “THEN GET OUT”
Very sour way to end the experience and unfortunately I won’t be going back because of it. My advice for anyone who is looking for this inexpensive service is to bring extra cash as they have a tip minimum (didn’t know that prior to the service) and don’t expect it to be a private massage.

Rude guy at the front desk I think he is the owner. He really needs to change his attitude. I came here a week ago with my wife, and he asked the money and the tip up front. And he was rushing us so much. I came here to relax, not rushed. But it is a cheap place- and i guess you get what you pay for in a way. But if he changes his attitude he won’t miss out on clients. And as i read from the reviews he does this often. The people working there are probably making so little- that’s why they want you to tip way more than 20 percent. Which is sad honestly..
Sir be a relaxed person for a massage place, otherwise let someone else run it for you😂

This is my honest review of my experience at this massage shop. Yesterday, I visited the store and before the massage started, I counted the cash in my pocket, put all of it into my wallet, and placed it next to me. During the massage, front desk lady was staying next to us doing little chat, the masseuse put a blindfold on me. After the massage, I left for a restaurant and discovered 100 bucks was missing from my wallet. I called the store today to report the issue, but the person who answered the phone was very rude and said that losing money was impossible. I'm very disappointed with this experience. I'm not sure if the money was taken, but the situation and the store's strong denial are very concerning. I hope the shop can take this issue seriously.

Came here today with one of my girlfriends 💕 her first time having a massage and my...idk like 15th lol and I have to say out of all the massages iv had this one was both body focused on the right places well balanced attention and the PRICE it was by far one of my favorites thus far for the year. We both did body and feet and well it included hot stones.. 🔥 happy camper here and they gave us tea after. Soooooooo worth it. My gf was so happy this being her 1st experience 💗 I shall return 🥰
