Would not come here to see Dr. Derek Cheung. He is unable to help with anything other than a simple physical exam with no questions. If you come here with a pressing issue, it's a visit wasted. I loved my previous Dr but she left. The nurses here are kind and dental is spectacular. Medical side is just lacking in so many areas including the doctors and receptionist. Changed my PCP right when I got home.

Terrible Service. Had an appointment for 12pm but didn't get help till 1pm because 2 people who walked in were allowed first just because they were elderly. What's the point of an appointment if that's how it is. I showed up at 11:40am. Than the person who was helping me walked out in the middle because some other clients came in to have a chat so he walked out and he didn't come back until I went outside to find him. After that he had the nerve to say I'm talking with my friends so you're just gonna have to wait. If you want professional you can go to the library. What kind of attitude is that. I just received the approval letter from the insurance company! Dr. Derek Cheung mentioned that the information about my insurance not covering the cost of my dermatological treatment is entirely incorrect. Dr. Derek Cheung's refusal to refer me to dermatology based on a misunderstanding of the insurance coverage is entirely incorrect, demonstrating both unprofessionalism and a lack of medical ethics. 我刚刚收到保险公司的批准信！张颂民医生说我的保险不包括皮肤科治疗费用的信息是完全错误的。 张医生基于对保险范围的误解而拒绝将我转介至皮肤科，这是完全错误的，是既不专业又没有医德的行为。
