I love this organization! I just got off private insurance and started coming to CSC this year and it has been the absolute best experience for me in all of my health care history so far. It's super easy to make an appt, they send text and call reminders before your next appt, all front desk staff has been extremely extremely helpful to me, I've never had to wait long to be seen, and everyone I've encountered so far has been so good at what they do, and go above and beyond in effort :) I am so grateful to have had such great experiences here so far. This office has two sides, one dental services and the other mental health services. I've been a dental patient for years. From Chinatown location to their old mpk location to this new mpk location. From Dentist Edward to now my favorite Dentist Kelly. Office Receptionist, Elm has been with the group since my changing to mpk old office. He's super welcoming, and efficient. He really makes the office feel like anyone's local office. I've been to other dentist offices, trying to find better deals to services before. It's difficult to find good dentist out there!! It's my first time going to Chinatown Service Center Dental Clinic in Monterey Park. I went there for teeth cleaning. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They have 2 dentists there today. My dentist is Dr Kwok who's an older man. Dr Kwok didn't greet me. He's behind me and standing next to 2 nurses. One nurse had to ask me if I want a male dentist because the female dentist was busy with other patients. I didn't understand why she asked me as I didn't request for any particular gender. So I told her I was fine to a male dentist. Then, nightmare arose. Dr Kwok's bedside manner was terrible. He kept moving my lips and my face instead of orally instructed me what...read full review
