Avoid going here at all cost. I had to change the location. Staff is rude and inconsiderate towards their patients. Also clueless when it comes to authorizations.

You have to sit there and wait for hours, even phone appts are horrible. My last phone appt there was for 9am. When I called closer to 10 to see what the heck is going on, they tell me they will call between 10 and 12. What the heck?! Appt was at 9am! People have to work. Unfortunately because the appointment is for my brother that has special needs he needs to be present during the appt. That means they expect me to use my sick or vacation time waiting on them. Something they are fully aware of.

I’m a patient with Complete Care. The staff there are very professional and attentive to your needs. Manager Christina, staff Yvonne and Maria they are the best. I call all the time with questions they treat me with courtesy and professionalism. Dr Srinivasan is also professional, I would recommend this facility to anyone.
