Dusty and team were instrumental in our purchase of a new home in Santa Barbara. We moved here from San Francisco and I never thought I could find myself in a more competitive market than SF but Santa Barbara didn't disappoint. It's a tough market to purchase a new home in and we found Dusty and Caitlin to be essential advocates in our search. It took us some time but we appreciate their perseverance and commitment to helping us buy a new home. We will happily work with Dusty and Caitlin on all of our future real estate transactions in Santa Barbara.

We would never have found our dream home without Dusty (and Jon, of course!). We bought the perfect house and we were lucky as it was off-market. It was wonderful experience to be able to trust them 100%. We needed a lot of guidance through the process, and really felt that we were in great hands. The experience working with Dusty and his team is nothing short of world-class. My wife and I spent months (years?) searching for the right home in Santa Barbara and every step of the way Dusty was knowledgeable, skilled, responsive, professional, patient, and took the time to help us understand what we really wanted. Even as our needs and goals changed, his understanding of the market, buying process, negotiating, referrals, appraisals, and everything in between often left us speechless.
