This might be a little lengthy, but it is worth the read. Rich Door and Window is OUTSTANDING. Would give them more than five stars if I could. We decided to replace all of our windows (13) and sliding glass doors (2) in our home and shopped around various window companies before coming to Rich. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable and were very reasonably priced. They went over each individual window with us to ensure accuracy and code compliance. I reached out to Rick for advice. Not only did he give me advice but he sold me the parts I needed at a great price. Hones, reasonable, professional and great customer service. Good old fashion service at its finest

I have had occasion twice to contact Rich regarding a window problem that wasn't of his making and in calling various window stores, Rich Door & Window was the only place who cared and then helped me with the issue(s). I haven't had to change out any windows to this point; however, if I need a new window or door, there is no hesitancy on my part to use this company. I would highly recommend them for windows, door, and service for either.
