“Love this place. Got my first few tattoos here with Jay few months ago and I had a really great experience. I was a little nervous for the pain (I'm scared of needles) but I was suprise at how it feels kinda good lol. Jay really let me take my time with my designs and placement and the shop is really clean and tidy. I checked out some other local shops and tbh can't say they're as clean. Playink is the place to go! I went back a few weeks ago for a larger piece and again had a great experience from Jay, Jojo, and Lexi. Ended up getting an additional flash while I was there. Mike has an incredibly talented hand as a piercer and I've now come back twice and brought a friend! He's THAT good. The vibe is friendly, the staff are super personable and helpful. The spot is really clean and fun looking. I also want to highlight the fact that my anatomy requires special accommodation as far as jewelry size. It's a very difficult for me to even find it online and special order it, and they had it IN STORE. I was super impressed by that alone. You're not going to find many piercing spots that carry 14 mm bars in-store without having to order them. I would know! Love this place, and will continue to recommend it to any friends looking for an experienced and very smooth handed piercer. “So, I went in to do a bit of self care: got a 3rd set of piercings (I May get a 4th set, as I've still got space for them on my lobes); figured the ear care solution I had from a previous set I got was, probably, old, so I bought a new one. The one who pierced my ears was great; absolutely No complaints about her...I would like for her to do my 4th set, eventually.

But I'm a bit confused: I came by a week later (I wanted to do a check-in over the progress of my piercings, wanted to know how long I should wait to change the earrings, & when I could get another set). I don't remember the gentleman's name, but -in addition to the follow-up, I'd Also wanted to get some information about the solutions; so I brought in the 2 that I have: my older one & the one I bought at this shop. It was suggested that I avoid using the older one (white bottle) because it has benzalkonium chloride and that it could cause irritation; to not use it directly on my ears, but that it should be fine for cleaning my earrings. That's fine; I don't mind that...thing is, the new ear care solution (green box) Also has that ingredient. So, is it Not a concern in the new bottle? Is the issue the, maybe, higher concentration of benzalkonium chloride in the white bottle vs the [maybe] diluted form in the new one?“
