Our central AC unit in Olive Branch stopped cooling because the secondary drain pan float switch had tripped from a slow water backup. The technician cleared the primary condensate p-trap with pressurized nitrogen and treated the drain line. The cooling turned back on immediately, keeping our home comfortable.
We scheduled an annual pre-winter furnace tune-up to ensure our heating system was safe and prepared for the coming freeze. The technician thoroughly cleaned the burner assembly, vacuumed the inducer fan housing, and verified the operation of every thermal safety limit switch. His polite professionalism and thorough explanations gave our family absolute peace of mind.
Our gas boiler in Salem had a slow water leak from an old pressure relief valve that discharged water onto the basement floor. The technician replaced the 30-psi relief valve, checked the expansion tank pressure, and tested the automatic feed. The boiler operates smoothly now with zero leaks.
