The technicians were here on time and very friendly. The repair on one air conditioner was fully explained so that I understood what needed to be done. I now have their sticker on the units to call when needed. They also did the service to prepare for the summer. We have been very disappointed in previous services by other companies but will certainly call on AirDesign Solutions again. Thank you!
