Iwai Heating/Cooling has been servicing my heater/HVAC for about 15+ years. I am a believer in preventative maintenance so I have service contract with them. I have had no problems with my heating cooling unit. Iwai provides excellent expertise, communicates well and is professional in their interactions with customers. I would definitely recommend them.

As I'm writing this we are in a long heatwave and of course my AC went out. Tepid, room temperature air. No one could get out because of course everyone was calling with their own break down. Somehow! Iwai made it work. Brandon arrived with an assistant and solved the issue in about half an hour. It seemed something he assessed pretty easily, had the part, put it in, and was on his way. Honestly, he was just chill, knew what he was doing, and "Easy Like Sunday Morning" on a sweltering Tuesday afternoon. Beyond grateful. Will be their devoted customer going forward.
