Really happy with AC Tech! We called them when our old mini-split in the guest room stopped working, and Ariel was able to get Kenny out the next day. Kenny was very honest with us and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of parts and repairs for a really old unit. He recommended replacing it instead, which made more sense financially. They got it done quickly and just in time before the heat wave.
We were so happy with the experience that we asked them to give us a quote on our main AC too. We were honestly surprised at how reasonable the price was compared to the other quotes we got. We ended up replacing that unit too with a newer Daikin, which is much more efficient...read full review
Ken was a very skillful tech. He fixed the furnace fan quickly and price was reasonable. Also explain the problem patiently and suggest a few things to do in the future - but no push at all.
Very professional, I am very satisfied with the installation of the newly installed 18000BTU TCL air conditioner. It also helped me install my previous air conditioner in the place I designated. The pipes of the two air conditioners also helped me protect it well, so I give it 5 stars.
