Katie's work is an awesome take on Hands of the Heart which is an East meets West modality that employs muscle testing to identify and solve movement restrictions in the body. KT is amazing. I had called on a whim.after normal business hours after suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck/scalp for days.. she offered to meet me right away. This is not your girls night out white wine and zen music massage. This woman, despite her small size, knows how to leverage massive strength into your deepest tissues. She is highly skilled, patient, generous and positive natured. I left pain free and the effects of this massage became more apparent in the days that followed and have lasted for months. I will definitely return.

Katie is the best! I set up an appointment with her through ClassPass. She is genuine, skillful and very professional. She educated me by giving me tips on proper body mechanics and body positions that is beneficial for me. Her style is something I've never encountered before and it was pleasantly surprising. She started our session gentle with passive stretching and exercises, then she gradually transitioned to deep massages. I highly recommend her!
