I expressed to her how I was having pain in my back and didn't know if I needed a full body massage... after working on me for a little she recommended to spend the 60 minutes on my back which I think was a good decision because it feels a lot better. I liked that the bed got warm too. I'm glad that I did the 60 minute instead of a longer massage because of how tight my back is.
