I’ve been consistently coming here since November since it’s down the street from my house, and I can’t say enough good things about Chau. I love the nail salon as a whole, but I truly only trust him to do my nails. He gets the shape down perfectly every time, he takes his time but I’ve also been in and out for a full appointment within 30 minutes by him. Last time I went a couple weeks ago I had an appointment scheduled with him and they didn’t tell me he wasn’t going to make it until I got there 5 mins before my time. I have been a long-time client at NT Nail Spa Coffee Road Location and while the service itself is consistently Great , I feel the atmosphere is not as relaxing as it should be. During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. I hope management considers addressing this so loyal clients like myself can continue to enjoy our visits.
