Experienced problems with heating unit cycling on at appropriate temperature settings. Service tech Felipe arrived before 8:30 a.m. after appointment was set on previous day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; checked out rooftop unit, and interior thermostat. Thermostat was fairly loose on the wall, so Felipe remounted and reconnected the thermostat. Problem appears to have been solved. Troubleshooting and service call took a little over an hour.Services: A/C system maintenance

Shawn Barnett is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient techs that have ever worked on problems in my home. I'm an elderly man and over the years have had to have a lot of work done of different kinds. Not just HVAC, but other technical fields as well. He arrived very much on time, went to my air conditioner, opened up a side panel and immediately pointed out the problem. Incredibly, since the unit is at least 20 years old, he carried the necessary parts in his work truck and quickly fixed it. Felipe was courtesy, kind, respectful and professional. He was very careful that he didn’t dirty up my carpet & made sure the ladder did hit any walls. Listened to my concerns and did a complete diagnostic. Trusted his diagnostic results. Took his time explaining it to me and what he did. Loved the truck tracking system so I have a better idea his eta. 1st class company.
