True Roof has serviced many of our properties. Although we are quite a distance from their more central service area, this did not affect their ability to provide timely service. They were always punctual, courteous to the tenants, and the speed and quality of their work were truly impressive. I will certainly continue to use their services and highly recommend True Roof to anyone seeking a new roof.
I am preparing our home for painting and discovered the need for some facia repair/dry rot that needed to be addressed prior. I sought quotes from four roofing companies, including True Roof who was suggested to me by a reputable local contractor.
Chris Fogg completed our estimate. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He addressed my areas of concern, saw some maintenance items other companies noticed and found some additional items that could be addressed. He told me I could likely find someone to do it cheaper, but assured me True Roof would do the job right. True Roof recently completed a new Presidential Roof on my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was prompt and professional, and the crew was extremely conscientious about protecting our surroundings- especially the pool area. Each day, they made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving, which I greatly appreciated.
I worked directly with Chris Fogg, who was responsive and attentive throughout the project. Anytime we had questions or concerns, he got back to us right away, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
