Beautiful gym, great atmosphere, really diverse. I have the honor of training with Dominic. I am incredibly impressed with how experienced and knowledgeable the trainers are at this gym. After only one month, i feel and look like a new person. The trainers are very encouraging and push you to do your best. They teach you technique and skills to eventually be able to train on your own and to feel confident. I highly recommend this gym to anyone- regardless of experience, age or body type.

The best gym I've been to. I've had in shape, valley fitness, and Brenda memberships. I've tried PF (never again) Jake and his staff are awesome. I look forward to my workouts everyday. Good people, good vibes, and a positive atmosphere.

This is the best gym in Modesto. The machines are well-maintained, the people are friendly, and it's rarely busy.
The gym membership price is very expensive, though; I paid $100 a month.
