As soon as he opened up my device he called me and informed me of the mess the last guy left(Tracy Mall). He worked his magic and was able to fix the damages previously done to it and replaced the screen without having to use expensive methods. I came to this business because of their 5 star reviews. Eric was at the store and completed the repair right in front of me. He is very professional and very personable. We had a great conversation while he replaced the screen in my phone. He showed me that the last store installed a knock of screen for $30 more and left three screws out. Its nice to see someone that cares about the work they do. Ill definitely come back if I need other repairs in the future.
