I came in 8:10pm only one person was in the lobby waiting to be seen and they said they were at they full capacity, they really trying to leave before 9pm … not caring about they patients health at all

I was forced to go to this STANISLAUS Medical Urgent Care on Paradise Road starting December 2023, I regret it with my whole heart! They got the worst service worst doctors rudest physician assistance ever for urgent care today June 14, 2024 first time I found out they had Urgent Care. I went my physician assistant Lori Doyle , started asking me questions. Why was on it on a medication that I have been taking since 2013 2014, how dare she? Who the heck does she think she is to question me?! Just because you have a PA does not be the right to question a patient or judge a patient and you don't know if a patient is a nurse or not! Watched everyone get called for going on three hours due to “not having an appointment.” The room had zero patients at one point as we waited… someone showed up later and they took them right away, we still weren't called back. The front desk MA and the MA calling people back talked about how I’ve been waiting.. I asked them should I come back another day?? One of them said we would be next . Nearing three hours I decided to leave with my toddler. Upon seeing other reviews this is clearly a poor system that needs work. I doubt this will happen and I doubt this will do anything to make a change but here it is!
