There was a partial fire at home and the insurance company hired this company and they are the most incompetent people! They did a terrible job! They did not return the key to the house, they handed over the house, and even then Luke kept coming in. He was very racist in his treatment of my husband and me. I am sure that if we were white people they would have done a good job and treated us well, but since we are Hispanic they did a terrible job and were rude with a racist attitude.
