I love resolute fitness! I’ve seen a massive change since I’ve been working with Javon! I was in a bad place health wise and I’ve never been stronger and healthier! Javon is Professional and creates an environment where I feel comfortable, safe, and unjudged by what level of fitness I was at! Thank you resolute fitness for making positive changes in my life. 10/10 recommend and if your ready to take the leap to make healthier choices and better yourself physically and mentally he’s the guy to go too!

I am very happy with this gym and it's training style. Both Javon and Omar are knowledgeable and friendly while remaining completely professional. Their app providing recipes and menus is very helpful. While working out they guide without pushing too hard.

I am new to the workout world and I have to say the trainers, Javon and Omar make working out fun & enjoyable! I truly look forward to working out every morning! The small talk, laughs between workouts makes the environment personable and easy going! Small gym but I highly recommend ✨💪🏾
