I wish there was a no star option. The owner of the company Felipe will lie straight to your face and do everything he can to avoid you. This company cost me money by missing a termite infestation in a real estate transaction that 3 other companies confirmed.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for any services, EVEN if they offer you money to use them!!!! They did not do a thorough inspection in/on the home, workmen would show up hours late and would ask me what needed to be done despite the owner of pentecost and I creating a detailed-time-sensitive punch list, then they would leave stating they needed to get parts and would not return for days on end. Even if they offer you bit-coin, tell them NO-THANK-YOU!!! One star because I cannot give ZERO stars!!!!

Do not use this company! By far the worst experience with inspections. They delayed our signing for over a week because they wouldn't give clearance. The work was completed and they were upset we didn't pay them to do it! Isn't that illegal there is no contract saying they are the only ones that can do the work. We paid over $150 just to get them to go back out and they kept wanting more money!! Please do not use this company! Placing a complaint with the structural pest control board!!
