I had a stuck Moen shower cartridge and I could not get it out. I kinda messed it up trying to get it out. I called Perferred and they were able to work with my schedule. I got a courtesy call the morning of the appointment and the technician was on time. He was a little perplexed but after talking it over he gave me a estimate and assured me he would do his best to get the job done efficiently. He did it! Hour and 1/4 and he was cleaned up and I was on my way to the hardware store for a new one. I’m pretty DIY and he asked if I had everything under control now.
