Great center. Only giving 4 stars because it’s so hard to get in here besides a walk-in and even then. It’s not their fault; they’re overcrowded just like all the other locations. Just tryna let people know so they’re not surprised when they have to go somewhere else for an emergency.
This staff is much nicer than the ones in Merced.. I was not a walk in by the way cause nobody has time to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen. I had an appointment & came on time. Took within 20 min to be called in. Thank you again.
I always have great experiences here, appointment placing is easy when done over phone, check-in verification is quick and my visits have begun right on time- I've never had more than a couple minutes wait. Im able to request multiple services in a single visit, and the free condoms at the end of the visit is a thoughtful touch that encourages teen-adults to use protection, the facility is clean, nurses practice good hygiene and the appropriate equipment is sterile. The front desk, Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners are professional and kind, I also never get the "mean girl vibe" (if u know, u know) from anyone working here which is super important in a reproductive... read full review
