I have been a client of Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with their prompt and efficient service coupled with their vast expertise regarding all things related to my insurance needs.
We have this Omega Insurance for at least 2 decades. Their rates and customer service has been fair. Unfortunately someone on there end dropped the ball with our impound account that we have had with them. It caused tremendous stress. That was 3 years ago and they should have paid the difference in the financial mistake. The reason we kept them is because they have called to check on our family through every major fire that has happened in the North State over the last ten years. It’s scary to see so many lose their homes. We really appreciated their care and concern.
I had Elizabeth and Vickie help me with my car insurance. They were so helpful, and very quick to get my car covered. I would highly recommend Omega Pacific insurance if you want a good price, and a swift deal.
