Modesto Gastroenterology Medical Corp.

My first time needing to see a GI doctor, so I was pretty nervous. His staff, and especially the nurses during the actual procedure, were super friendly, attentive, and professional. Provided warm blankets during the pre-op time. Dr. was very personable and professional prior to my procedure, chatting with me a little bit to know what was going on and what to expect. Whoever rated the office with low stars was rating it on a long wait time or phone troubles. I did wait about an hour for my procedure, but the Dr. ran into some complications with prior patients that he had to deal with, so I am totally fine with that. I can understand from reading the past reviews on this Gastroenterology business, how people may be upset or/and frustrated with not receiving a phone call back for scheduling etc. as I too encountered, in the beginning of this professional relationship, what "appeared" to be negligence on Modesto Gastroenterology Medical; Was NOT. What I've learned since having 2 different surgical procedures with Dr. Elsaker, is that they are SUPER IN DEMAND... Whether I am in-office for a follow-up or a telephone appointment (LOVE THIS OPTION) for a follow-up the staff are always moving & doing something that appears to be professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sakr to anyone needs gastroenterology.-They are super friendly and professional.-Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone.-They listen and care about your health.-The are on time for the appointment.
