I called this tax specialist and was hung up on twice—the first time without saying anything, and the second time after being told they couldn’t help me, with no explanation. The person was extremely rude and unprofessional. If they can’t assist, that’s fine, but there’s no excuse for treating people like that. Would not recommend based on this experience.
