We had Bryan as our inspector, and he was fantastic.
He has a great personality and is very down-to-earth. He initially estimated the inspection would take about two hours, but because he was so thorough and detailed, he spent much more time to ensure everything was properly checked. We truly appreciated his dedication.
After completing the inspection, Bryan walked us through his findings and later emailed us a comprehensive report.
