She is the best , I followed her every where since she became a hair dresser , she can work with any hair type and takes her time not rushing to do your hair. She is very nice and caring.

The knowledge of hair professionals overrides price in my opinion and Cecilia's months of booking in advance (almost 7 mos out) shows her clientele want her services. I hear how people don't understand why she's so booked out and they don't put 1+1 = 2. Respect people tiMe especially a hairdresser's time slot newbies.

Cice is outstanding. My hair is, long, coarse, curly and very difficult to manage let alone to color, cut and style. Regardless, she knows exactly how to cut my curls to compliment my "curl type". She is just as knowledgeable in managing the accurate combination of coloring products that provide me with out standing results each and every time without exception. I cant express enough how extremely blessed I feel to have Cice as my hair doctor, she keeps me looking fantastic! Thank you Cice!
