Victor Came in ran a snake and a camera down my sewer drain. From when I called Knight’s plumbing and spoke and spoke to Les, Victor was here 35 minutes later and this company is based in Manteca and I live in Stockton! They dispatched him immediately And I was able to use the water in my house again. He was fast and effective, very professional,and very detailed when explaining the issue which is exactly what I needed because I know nothing about plumbing. He explained what the issue was and gave me options for a resolution. My water runs just fine now and I have no backflow. Came out on an emergency after hours call. Jason, our technician, was awesome. He provided us with great, timely service and did all he could to assist us. We appreciate Knights Plumbing. Join the Royalty program it will end up saving you a lot of money if there ever is a plumbing situation.
