I went to the JCPenney at the Valley Fair Mall a couple of times. All of my experiences were great. But the last time I went there I bought myself a pair of black Levi pants and they fit great they are comfortable and they look great on me. The only problem with them is that they collect way to much fuzz and lint on the material. Even after I washed them s couple of times.i have to carry the lint roller around with me and run it on my pants before i grt out of the car. But other than that the staff is awesome, nice, friendly, and helpful to. And wen there is a line for the checkout lines the lines go by fast. U can find great presents for any type of holiday there also.

Hard to read prices have to ask clerks. Sometimes has good sales . Regular prices are expensive a lot of times. They would get more sales if they would at least have more sales. Selling Levi jeans for $70 is expensive so they have them on sale buy one get one 50% off. That’s $105 for two pair of Levi Jeans. You look on internet and find Levi Jeans $35-$40 per pair of jeans at a lot of stores. It’s just JC Penney has a lot of inventory.

So I had ordered shoes for my granddaughter but I live in Merced, daughter lives in Modesto. Merced sales rep put a wrong person & wrong phone number on the order which made my granddaughter not able to get the shoes for work. I called and called without an answer from any department at JC Penny's Modesto. I finally called the salon which a wonderful lady named Kelly helped me with emailing the shoe department with instructions for my granddaughter to pick up. Thank you Kelly- Kelly is a manager at the salon with outstanding customer service!
