As soon as I walked in I was greeted; she was very sweet and friendly. I went in for a haircut so she told me about sales in case I wanted to browse before my appointment. I got a cut with Shardae who was so fun and friendly. For some reason it’s always been difficult for me to feel comfortable getting a haircut and she made it very easy and I’m looking forward to our next appointment 😊
the first hair appointment here was a complete disaster but the manager, Ellie, so kindly helped me with the whole process of figuring out a solution!! The entire time, she made me feel reassured and got me in for a redo, I’m so in love with how the second round went :) I didn’t catch my second stylists name but I loved her work and how quick she was!
