I started with an orthotic practice which was subsequently purchased by Hanger. Since then that office has closed and I am ~30 miles away from each of the 2 closest locations. That doesn't seem far unless you are dealing with Los Angeles traffic driving time. My last diabetic shoe purchase took 3+ months to arrive. I arrived to pick them up on the 3rd rescheduled appointment to be told tat they were not there again. As i was readying to leave, i was told "wait, let me check the box that just came in!" There it was. I just barely avoided another wasted trip. Today I drove the hour to my appointment to be told that "my diabetic inserts were not ready. Would I come back in the afternoon." Since I have been receiving almost daily text messages reminding me of my appointment, I know that they value their time. I only wish that they extended the same courtesy to my time. It would have been more professional to call me and confirm my products were available for pick up or to reschedule for a date when they were. My lesson learned is that from now on I will call the office to confirm availability before I drive all the way into the office.

Excellent customer service, the ladies made me feel comfortable the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. I wasn't waiting long, it was a really smooth process thank you.

Insurance paid $2000 for an AFO us twenty percent of it, haven't worn it yet 5 weeks later. Cannot find a shoe to fit yet. Two recommended stores by them and online Billy shoe recommended by them. Feel abandoned by Hangar You have to have a way to wear this dumm boot
