I had a very positive experience at this clinic. From check-in to the conclusion of my visit, the reception staff and back-office staff were professional, courteous, and well organized. They communicated clearly, demonstrated efficiency, and helped ensure that my visit was smooth and comfortable. Loved the staff had an amazing experience during my visit! 10/10 recommend but I did want to share a feedback that I did encounter while waiting to be seen. There were two females that were just giving the staff a hard time and making everyone feel uncomfortable in the main lobby. They were cussing and yelling which I found very uncomfortable. The two females were being very disrespectful towards the staff while the staff were keeping it very professional, and remained calm the whole time. I feel like this company should have the right to refuse patients like that because it’s not fair for the staff to be verbally harassed like that. Staff and Nurses were amazing! I was skeptical and scared about my first time surgical procedure but everyone made me feel extremely safe and the process was very quick, comfortable, and easy! I was so amazed by how effortless and painless the experience was and highly recommend!
