I wanted to send flowers to my friend who recently had back surgery. I hate to use the 800 Flowers websites because often you don’t know what you’re going to get, so I looked online and found a florist near my friend‘s house that delivered and had great ratings.
When I called them this morning, I spoke to Molly, who was so helpful and so professional. I picked out an arrangement I saw online, and I explained to her how I wanted to customize it. She made thoughtful suggestions for the arrangement. The best part about it was she really took her time to explain to me what the final product would look like. The owner Janet called me later to check in and to give me information about some final changes. She also sent me photographs of the arrangement.
I have to say the photos of the flowers she sent to my friend were unbelievable. My friend called me and she was so happy with what she received. What an awesome experience! You cannot go wrong with this Florist.“
