Horrible experience, I only wanted layers. The layers were amazing but the length of my hair wasn't. The woman that was working with my hair completely ignored my request of cutting minimal hair and cut half of my hair. Not a great experience at all.

Today I went in last minute for a hair color change and Erika the owner received me even if that meant working three extra hours after closing time. She was very pacient with me and helped me look for a color that best suits me. I will definitely be going back again!
