The technicians are praised for their kindness and for making patients feel comfortable during procedures. The check-in process is seamless and patients receive their MRI discs quickly.
Very professional, the staff here was great. Didn't wait long to be taken back for mri. I paid out of pocket and this place was by far the best price. Had the mri disc before I left. Over all highly recommended.
I always get nervous about going in for my yearly Mammogram. But they were great made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was over in just a few minutes. The radiologist was so friendly and caring about my concerns.

Journal Entry, Tuesday, February 20th, 2024. Biz Listing: YELP Listing!: Subject: Change in efficiency & pleasantness of staff located at the Entrance to this Medical/Radiology Imaging Business. Dilemma: Do I continue to shop here as a paying consumer/customer/client? Initially, when I received word, and a welcoming humble one at that, after crafting my initial Yelp! review, here (Modesto Radiology Imaging, Inc." from a female "higher-Up", thanking me profusely & humbly as already stated, for the review of "her business" I was so humbled myself & filled with joy & excitement. (It feels wonderful to help honesty... Since then, however, I have frequented this same exact location, & received less than sub-par treatment/care/kindness... What a shame... Now I find myself, seeking other legal avenues for where to take my self-funded, self-insured self that will take care of me, my disabilities & respect my anonymity as this place seems to have failed in doing so miserably... These "employees" behind the 1st floor admitting windowed area, sat POMPUS, ARROGANT, IGNORANT, UNKIND, UNPROFESSIONAL, BIGOTED, CRUEL & CLUELESS not only, as to treat others who are not outside, of their thin-porous-barrier-of a working~space where they sit bloated & bigoted, behaving as if they OWN THE 1st Floor of this OVER-RATED Basic Radiological Space... It's really a shame......... You behave yourself, and expect others to do the same and WHAM!! Spoiled Rotten Brats are running amock in this ENTIRE BUILDING. Here's some areas in desperate NEED OF ATTENTION BY SOME other than these spoiled-ROTTEN-BRats RUNNING AMOK IN THIS BUSINESS: 1.) Break-Up the "GANG-THEME" OVER-RUNNING these DEPARTMENTS as it wasn't just the 1st Floor that had mostly what appeared to be GANG-LIKE-BEHAVIOR -FROM THE Female & Male Employees; it was Also on the upper level of the building where I had my "paid-for-myself, Out-Patient Procedure. It was really UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't feel Safe; at all..... I was really disappointed, & sort of offended, at the lack of common decency and lack of "SUPERVISORY PRESENCE" which IS PAID TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING... IE: HARRASSMENT & Segregation is what occurred unto me & some others in the waiting area I was in, who clearly appeared to be as uncomfortable as I. We all had the "I NEED TO FLEE IMMEDIATELY TO SAFETY" with our, DAZED & CONFUSED looks on our poor pitiful faces for being stuck in a HELL-HOLE like this of a business. Are you certain this is an EEO; Equal Opportunity Employer??? 2.) Because it doesn't look like that from any of the "client/consumer/patient view from the smelly waiting room also from HELL, where it appears a "rock-solid" cleaning company hasn't visited this hole from the bowels of hell; ever... I'm serious.. By nature, I'm pretty serious nearly all of the time, so although this may look like a "humorous" Journal Entry,; I assure you it is more than that. Instead, its in the living-Hell Category. This building is a disaster from the bowels-of hell... This is a bad thing and we all knew it... Dazed & confused isn't a picnic for 2 that's for sure...
