From the moment I walked into Aesthetic Lab, the entire staff made me feel welcome and completely at ease. The beautiful and inviting atmosphere is only outshined by the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of everyone on the team. I just completed my second visit for Botox. Prior to my first visit six months ago I was so apprehensive!! I have very heavy eyelids and in fact, after receiving my first treatment they encouraged me to seek doctor approval for eyelid surgery which has recently been approved as medically necessary. Gifty is so kind, professional, and reassuring . She started me out with a level I was comfortable with (a baby level hee hee), and this time I had ZERO nerves. The entire team, from front office to back office to Gifty herself, are absolutely wonderful. So reassuring, zero pressure, and they distract you beautifully with different methods during injections.
