Steven was able to come over early, was very polite and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC System. I looked at yelp reviews for One Hour Heating and Air and decide to call. They took my call, set an appt. and had a technician at my place the same day. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He ran tests, replaced a part, ran follow up test and the issue was correctly diagnosed and fixed quickly. The billing was straight forward, no up charges or surprises. A great service provider! This was a 5 star experience!
II don’t give reviews unless someone has truly given 5 star service. I called for emergency a/c service. Once I put my call in an appt. for that same day service was made. I was given texts updates on who was arriving and when they were arriving at my address. The owner was on my call, he looked at my a/c unit, tested it and quickly came up with the solution and replacement part. He tested the installed part/tested the a/c unit and the repair was handled within 15 minutes.The price was fair, no up charges or anything extra. The a/c works great! This service was fast and efficient and I highly recommend them!
Robert Fredrickson was fantastic. He was so professional and dedicated. Did a great job resolving the issue and we needed a new filter for the AC unit, he had to buy one and came back at 9PM to install it. Great work
