After 2pm, they become a pediatric only urgent care which is perfect. The Dr was thorough and took his time. I took my dad for a pre-surgery required COVID test yesterday and as usual the staff was wonderful. Had us in and out in 5 minutes.
The Mission Viejo Marque Urgent care office reception nurses acknowledged your entrance to the office. They were attentive and very nice, smiling. The made you feel comfortable and that everything was going to be fine. They made your visit time efficient and used the best options to get you in and out. I was very impressed.
