I am absolutely elated to share my overwhelming gratitude and admiration for Marguerite Animal Hospital in Mission Viejo, California. From the very first moment we walked through their doors, my family and I knew we were in the presence of true professionals, and the exceptional care they provided for our beloved cat has left us profoundly grateful. There wasn't any hesitation or delay when seeking service. They were prompt to respond and offer every ounce of support they could. Jenny at the Front Desk: Right from the start, Jenny greeted us with warmth and efficiency. Her kindness and professionalism were evident as she handled all of our concerns with a level of empathy and understanding that instantly put us at ease. It’s clear that she is the welcoming face of a dedicated team, and her role in creating a comforting atmosphere cannot be overstated. Dr. Vedadi: The expertise and compassion of Dr. Vedadi were nothing short of extraordinary. Faced with a challenging situation involving our cat’s severe digestion issues, Dr. Vedadi demonstrated not only an impressive depth of knowledge but also a genuine dedication to finding the best possible solution. The thoroughness with which she explained the necessary treatments, from the blood work to the numerous x-rays, was truly commendable. Her ability to convey complex information in an understandable way and her reassuring presence were instrumental in navigating this difficult time. TRIGGER WARNING: BLOOD/HURT ANIMAL (If blood or seeing an animal hurt makes you squeamish, then feel free to read the post but don’t look at the pictures on the right) Alec and I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Vedadi and his staff at Marguerite Animal Hospital. Yesterday evening, Lyssa was playing at the park and her and another dog were going for the same ball at full speed and when they collided, the other dog bit Lyssa’s nose. Lyssa was bleeding and crying at first, but ultimately she stopped freaking out when the bleeding stopped. We could see, as you can in the picture, her nose was cut. We called to so many vet offices, and of course it being Saturday night, most of them had already closed and weren’t available until Monday. We were trying to avoid going to Urgent Care as they charge $95 just to walk in the door. We did find a vet who was open for 30 more min which allowed us to rush her down there and have them clean it and assess it. They said she would need stitches, but they couldn’t do it right away because they were closed and wouldn’t reopen until Monday. BUT we contacted Marguerite Animal Hospital who got us in at 8am this morning! We took her in and were told it was a very deep cut and needed stitches which would require a light anesthetic. They took her and we were able to pick her up at about 5pm. The surgery (I call it that because she had to go under) went so well and she has to be in a cone and on antibiotics for 2 weeks, but her nose looks amazing! She was glad to see us, but annoyed with the cone. Dr. Vedadi is a master at his craft! Her nose looks just like new and you can’t even really see the stitches! Dr. Vedadi and his staff took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel very at ease. This is hands down the best vet in the OC My 14 yr old cat was on his death bed, took him to two other vets before we found Dr. V they charged us over 1500 without helping bug misdiagnosing him he was dying, Dr. V saved his life with very reasonable cost.Dr.v and his staff are very caring ,return all phone calls even tho im sure they were tired of us calling bout every little thing,Dr. explains everything in detail answers every question, office is cleanest vet ive ever seen so if you want a FANTASTIC Dr. for your pet this is the place it was a bit of a drive for us but well worth it! They are open 7 days to boot,cant say enough great things for this place Thank you Dr.V and staff
