Olivia is hands down one of the best veterinary neurologists I’ve ever met! She genuinely cares about animals and their well-being more than anything. She always puts your pet’s health first and goes above and beyond to make sure your little one gets the best care possible. It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also has such a big heart for animals. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
I called that I was 10mins out and they were waiting for me to walk in with my dog who'd had a seizure, took her right in calmed me down and said what they'd do immediately and the doc would talk to me. They were there for Suzy & I, in an emergency!

Dr. Shoup is absolutely incredible. She is truly one of the best in neurology and we owe our baby’s wellness to her.
