“Very helpful/ friendly/ welcoming/ knowledgeable staff on all sides, from reception to both PA’s I met with, & their assistants…

HOWEVER, the address of the facility MUST be updated ASAP. Google Maps is incorrect (it reads the location as 2557 Mowry “FLOOR 1”, when it’s actually Suite 22 on FLOOR 2).

AND the NAME on the plaque downstairs (Center For Dermatology, Cosmetic & Laser Surgery) does NOT match EITHER/ BOTH the names on the referral paperwork (East Bay Dermatology Medical Group), NOR in Google Maps (also East Bay Dermatology Medical Group).

This bad location data makes it EXTREMELY difficult/ confusing, especially for new patients (as well as older patients, and/ or non-native English speakers, seeking care in the office, many of whom are often on Medi-Cal/ Medi-Care).

I know that after my initially early arrival, I personally spent 10 minutes trying to find the office, thinking perhaps I had the wrong address, and nearly made me late for my scheduled procedure.

Updating name and location information should be made a top priority. Until
such time as the posted location info is updated, my online reviews will be 4 stars instead of the 5 stars I’d like to give. Thank you!“

She is the real deal, professional and definitely an artist. You guys better book with her because she will do a beautiful job sculpting you like a masterpiece.
