Starting with the receptionist Michelle she did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and walking me through the process and answering all my questions. She was also very busy with multiple customers and at no point she showed stressed and I definitely valued her customer service.
Nurse Amy was warm and welcoming the moment I sat down on the chair and she was amazing, I felt nothing. She is definitely very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. I also truly value her professional analysis on what I need and she definitely did not try to over do my botox. Thank you so much
Michelle helped me get my full appointment while there was a conflict on the day of my appointment. She has helped me twice even though they were fully booked, to either book me on same day or the day after.
It’s always hard to get appointments at this location and there is a constant change, but they try to make it work.
