I love this gym! Drew, Hollis, Phong, and Eugene are super helpful and kind. They really want to do what is best for my body and help me train appropriately. They challenge me me with my forms and skills. They support me with each session. I highly recommend this gym to everyone! I enjoy going there!

If you are looking for a serious kickboxing circuit workout then 9Round Milpitas is the place! At the end of 30mins you will be drenched in sweat , exhausted yet so energized. Eugene and his fabulous team of trainers including Hollis, Alma, Andrew, Phong and Nini are always motivating you to do better, attentive in correcting your form and not letting you slack off! They make sure they have lots of variations in exercises and also have regular challenges so you don't get complacent. 9Round has been amazing for me and I would highly recommend 9round Milpitas to anyone that is looking to get better physically!

I joined 9Round Milpitas in July 2021 and have been working out there ever since. I fell in love with it since the first try out work. I had been working out in normal fitness gym before, which I also loved but I had to push myself to go to. 9Round is a totally different experience, only 30min high efficiency and intensity workout, full of excitement, challenge and fun. I try to go there maybe 2-3 times a week, and always look forward to going there more. The plan to go to 9Round also makes my daytime work more efficient and decrease slacking time. All trainers in 9Round Milpitas are super nice and helpful. Hollis, Drew and Pham are fantastic workout guides and coaches....read full review
