I sent them an email and they replied within 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, we received our quotes. Shipping was fast with a 1 day turnaround. The team at Townsend Networks also took the time to flash our system to our preferred version so that was nice to receive additional support from them. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing from Townsend Networks.

Quite possible one of the best if not the best vendor I work with. I purchase most Cisco but other networking equipment from them and they are almost always the best priced in comparison to all other mainstream vendors out there. Their customer support, especially that of Michael Martin, has been exceptional at all stages for service, from quick quoting, to fast order processing, to no hassle returns, exchanges and replacements parts. I would highly recommend them for any hardware needs of used or new equipment and will continue to use them going forward.
